THIS DOCUMENT IS PUBLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 3(1) OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (INTERMEDIARIES GUIDELINES AND DIGITAL MEDIA ETHICS CODE) RULES, 2021, WHICH REQUIRES PUBLISHING THE RULES, REGULATIONS, PRIVACY POLICY, AND TERMS OF USE FOR ACCESS OR USAGE OF THE APPLICATION.

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EzeeMoney mobile application (“Application”), developed and operated by:

(“EzeeMoney”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”)

By downloading, registering, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Our Privacy Policy available at:
www.ezeemoney.app/privacy-policy
(collectively, the “Agreement”).

IMPORTANT:
This Application is intended for users located in India only. If you are not physically present inside India, you must not install or use the Application.

2. DEFINITIONS

“Application”: The EzeeMoney Android application available on the Google Play Store.
“User”, “You”, “Your”: Any person installing, registering on, or using the Application.
“Member Account”: The user account created upon registration within the Application.
“Panel Member”: Users who voluntarily participate in the EzeeMoney audience measurement panel.
“Personal Information”: As defined under the IT Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
“Incentive”: Rewards, payouts, vouchers, coupons, or other benefits provided at EzeeMoney’s discretion.
“Usage Data”: Information on app usage duration, frequency, and behavior for relevant applications installed on the device.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Application, You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older,

• Be a resident of India, and

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If You are under 18, You must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Application, You confirm that:

• You meet the eligibility criteria above,

• You understand and agree to these Terms,

• You agree to our data practices, including data access permissions, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created through this Agreement.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

1. Access the Application using any means other than the interface provided.

2. Copy, modify, monitor, or scrape any part of the Application.

3. Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or attempt to extract source code.

4. Use bots, crawlers, spiders, or similar automation tools.

5. Introduce viruses, malware, harmful code, or disrupt the Application.

6. Breach this Agreement or violate applicable laws.

7. Create multiple or fake accounts for rewards or misuse.
   
   

6. PERMISSIONS AND DATA COLLECTION

Upon installation/registration, You voluntarily consent to provide or allow:

• Your name, age, gender, and contact details

• Application usage behavior and app install list

• Device details: make, model, OS version

• Location information (approximate)

• Interaction with surveys

• SMS log and contact list metadata (not message content)

• Data transfers over mobile/Wi-Fi networks

• UPI ID / Paytm number for payouts

• Consent to be contacted by EzeeMoney via mobile notifications, SMS, email, or calls

All such data is handled per Our Privacy Policy.

7. USE OF DATA

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Data collected may be used for research, analytics, survey insights, and audience measurement.

• Aggregated/anonymized insights may be shared with industry partners or Data Management Platforms (DMPs).

• Survey responses may be analyzed and used commercially.

• All data used in reports is anonymized and does not identify You individually.
  
  

8. INCENTIVE & PAYOUT PROGRAM

EzeeMoney may, at its discretion, offer Users:

• Coupons, digital vouchers, discount credits, or gift codes

• Wallet payouts

• UPI / Paytm transfers

• Cash or non-cash incentives from EzeeMoney or third-party intermediaries

Incentive Terms:

1. Incentives are not guaranteed and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

2. Incentives are visible under the “Rewards” section in Your Member Account.

3. Payout requests must comply with minimum thresholds and may be subject to verification or KYC.

4. Any fraudulent activity will result in reward forfeiture and termination of account access.

5. EzeeMoney is not liable for failures caused by payment partners, UPI network downtime, or incorrect details submitted by the User.

6. Third-party intermediaries may issue incentives at their sole discretion.
   
   

9. USER CONDUCT – UNAUTHORIZED USE

You must not:

• Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes

• Attempt account manipulation, incentive abuse, or data tampering

• Share inappropriate, false, or misleading survey responses

• Upload harmful code or disrupt servers

Any violation may result in immediate termination.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights to:

• The Application

• Software, design, UI, and backend systems

• Measurement data and analytics

• Logos, trademarks, branding
  belong solely to EzeeMoney or its licensors.

Nothing grants You a license to use Our trademarks or proprietary information without written authorization.

11. TERMINATION

EzeeMoney may suspend or terminate Your access at any time, including for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Submission of false or misleading information

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of incentives

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use and uninstall the Application.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

EzeeMoney and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (“Protected Entities”) are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages

• Loss of rewards

• App defects, bugs, downtime, errors, or malfunctions

• Unauthorized access to data

• Non-payment caused by intermediaries or payment failures

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Lack of availability or accuracy of analytics or insights

You agree to use the Application at Your own risk.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes must be filed exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.

Users must raise disputes within 30 days of occurrence.

14. WAIVER

No term of this Agreement shall be waived unless expressly stated in writing by EzeeMoney.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver for future enforcement.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force.
